Residents at Hollander House must be
income-eligible based on limits updated yearly by HUD. Rent is 30% of the
resident’s monthly adjusted income, and includes all utilities except
telephone and cable television. If a resident chooses to have
air-conditioning, a management-approved sleeve-unit air-conditioner must be
purchased by the resident. An additional monthly fee of $15 for one
air-conditioner ($25 for two) will be charged. |
