"The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, or financing of housing on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Connecticut law also prohibits discrimination in all of the above categories plus these categories:
lawful source of income, marital status, sexual orientation, use of a guide dog, and age."
